Myles Beeson is a young filmmaker and alumnus of the New York Film Academy at Universal Studios in Los Angeles, whose skills have found him in various exotic locales shooting films and commercials for major publications.

Luke Boyce


Luke Boyce is the creative director & co-owner of the production company, Shatterglass Studios, with Brett Hays. His passion for the art of cinema dates back to his early childhood and he has spent his life watching, studying and making films. He believes the all-ecompassing nature of film makes it the most inclusive art-form and is dedicated to the cultural enrichment that comes from both the creation and study-of the moving picture.

AJ Christensen

AJ is a visualization programmer at the National Center for Supercomputing Applications and an independent animator. His credits include local productions, national planetarium features, and the recent IMAX movie “Hubble 3D“. He is also the student liaison for the eDream Institute at the university, cultivating student interest in all forms of media.

Brett Hays

Brett Hays is the producer & co-owner of the production company, Shatterglass Studios with Luke Boyce. Over the last 6 years Brett has produced and managed numerous award-winning films that include “Sugar”, “Prelude”, “Leading Ladies”, “Finding Virginia” and “The Drunk”. His films have been seen at film festivals around the world and his first feature film “Leading Ladies” was recently picked up for domestic distribution.

Bill Kephart


Bill is an actor and writer who has worked on several award-winning local films and commercials. Bill has also organized a variety of networking events for local filmmakers and actors.

Anne Lukeman

Treasurer | Membership 

Anne Lukeman is a producer and co-owner of the C-U production company Railsplitter Media with her husband Chris. A former executive board member of the campus student group Illini Film and Video, she produced, directed, and edited an hour-long documentary “Through the Lens of History” as her history senior honors thesis.  In addition, she and her husband produce ridiculous narrative genre films under the banner of Kill Vampire Lincoln Productions.

Chris Lukeman

Chris Lukeman has been an active filmmaker in Illinois for the past 8 years and co-owns the Champaign production company, Railsplitter Media, with his wife, Anne. He has written and directed a number of films, including the sci-fi period piece “Once Upon a Time in 1972,” feature horror comedy “The University of Illinois vs A Mummy,” action-comedy “The Transient,” and over a dozen other comedy shorts. His work has been selected to screen on VH1, Comedy Central, The Big Ten Network, PBS affiliates, and national film festival programs, while receiving Mid America Emmy, Hugo Television Award, and National Student Television Award recognition.
